Larry West,
President
 Before launching Columbia Packaging Mr. West worked for a variety of national companies (TD Bank, ATCO, Twinpak) before beginning his career at Consumers Glass in 1985. During a ten year career with Consumers Larry was responsible for sales in British Columbia with an emphasis on the Okanagan Valley.
Tier-one customers included Mark Anthony Group, Cascadia Brands, Vincor, Clearly Canadian, Labatt’s, Molsons, Hiram Walkers, Coca Cola and Gray Beverages. Mr. West left Consumers Glass in April 1995 to form Columbia Packaging with a vision to providing glass distribution services to clients in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
Under Mr. West's leadership Columbia Packaging became Western Canada’s largest glass distributor and a major player in the sale and distribution of plastic containers and closures.
As President, Mr. West maintains a strong commitment to sales, while developing key strategic relationships designed to deliver the future growth for Columbia Packaging.
Mr. West holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. |
